• Kathmandu, August 31 Some roads in the districts affected by the Bhotekoshi flood have reopened for traffic.
• With the main highway still not operational, the government has urged people to use alternative routes.
• The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority says those who don’t require emergency helicopter rescue can use these alternative routes.
