Nepal Police moves to establish anti-cyber scam centre

• Kathmandu, August 12 The process of establishing an ‘Anti-Cyber Scam Centre’ has been initiated in response to a sharp increase in cyber scams.
• The initiative comes amid a rise in incidents of hacking funds from mobile banking, digital wallets, and accounts such as eSewa and Khalti through various schemes, phishing, and other fraudulent methods.
