NC Deuba faction forms three committees

• Kathmandu, September 13 The Sher Bahadur Deuba faction of the Nepali Congress has formed three committees as part of preparations for the party’s 15th general convention.
• Dr Shashank Koirala, coordinator of the faction’s 15th general convention preparation committee, has appointed coordinators for the Discipline Committee, Statute Drafting Committee and Membership Management Committee.
